This photo was shot with one of the first digital cameras. (1999 ?) The pier has since succumbed to multiple hurricanes. Only the concrete section leading to the wood section remains today and I do not believe there are any plans to rebuilt. I will re-shoot with a better camera if the City of Port Arthur ever rebuilds this one and the other three or four piers that were destroyed. ~ Danny 2013
